Do you ever wonder why sometimes you just need love? Everyone needs love, but no matter what you do, you can never undo what you are going through. Your past can never change, nor can your future; the only thing that changes is the possibility of your upcoming outcomes.

During the Diwali holidays, I visited my home in Palampur. It is a great spot in the Himalayas, lying in the Kangra region and blessed with the beauty of the Shivalik mountains. You might wonder why I am so happy expressing pride in my hometown—it is because it is meant to be. My family and I are among the oldest residents of the village, and my ancestors are locals of Kangra.

With recent development in the region, we are now connected to you and the rest of the world. But there was a time when places that are now busy hubs were like haunted forests. No stranger dared to come alone due to robbers and wild animals. The mountains hold many dark secrets alongside the gifts of God.

Whether you believe it or not, if you live in Old Himachal for more than a year or so, you are going to experience a harsh truth called dark magic. It may not make any sense, but it is there because I have seen it myself, and that is why I am telling you.

So, on a specific day in November, I was at home for the holidays. Everyone was free after Diwali, and there was a wedding in Paprola. To experience my youth again, I jumped into the life of a spirited rider, riding my motorcycle through the winding roads of Palampur. As soon as I headed into the old mountains from the highway by turning toward Paprola, crossing the market and moving into the forest, I experienced the silence of nature.

I heard the sounds of birds calling to each other, and traffic on the road was rare. The slope was getting steeper, and the road narrowed into a single lane. Even in the evening, there were only a few places where I encountered people.

We finally reached the wedding. We were late, so we were directed straight to the dining area. The food was served as a traditional Kangri Dham, so we sat down and ate. As we started eating, the temperature began to drop. It was late autumn, and we were freezing by the time we finished our food. We ran toward the fire to warm ourselves. Since it was a time for celebration, the locals opened up their spirits by pulling out bottles of English wine onto the table.

We greeted the couple with our gifts and started preparing to head home. I had heard many things about Paprola and the black magic practiced by some local women through secretive means, and it was getting late. We met many women who were returning to their homes, but my friend stopped me.

While the couple was completing their wedding rituals, I noticed a strange old woman looking at me. Wherever I moved, after a short while, she would head in that direction. I called my friend and asked him about the old lady. He said, "I don't know, maybe my grandmother knows her." Everyone was busy except his grandma, who was sitting in a chair and was quite old to talk to. When I asked the grandma about the lady, she just made a shushing sound ("soosh"). My friend's mom didn't even know who she was, so they tried to move her out of the room. After that, we danced until 1:00 AM and started looking for rooms to sleep in. Most of the people had left, and only a few were still awake.

Suddenly, strange things started happening to me. After dinner, I was heading to the washroom, which was a few meters away from the house. On my way back, I saw someone from far away looking toward me. There was a clear flash of light as soon as I blinked my eyes. The entity that was looking at me was suddenly right in front of me, striking me on the chest. I went into a frozen state, completely unable to move. I tried to shout, but my voice remained inside me. I wasn't even able to walk. I fell back onto the grass, hitting my body hard, but I couldn't feel any physical sensation. My teeth were locked tightly in position. I lost consciousness for a few seconds until my friends saw me and picked me up. They carried me as if I were a statue and rubbed my toes. Everyone gathered around, helping to get me inside a car.

I could see them doing all these things, but I couldn't respond. Soon, I fainted away into the dark.

A couple of hours later, I opened my eyes in the hospital. The doctor said I was weak, so glucose was being injected into my veins, but my friends and I knew what had really happened. It was dark magic, and no one knew how these things were reacting in my body. My friend told me we needed to be safe from such things and suggested I meet a Tantrik on the way back. Having read psychology books, I understood how such things can affect the mind. I tried taking medication from the doctor, but it wasn't helping, as I was affected by something else entirely.

Now back at work, things have returned to normal, but the mystery remains to this day. After that experience, I started looking for people who were affected like me, and I found out that the place really is a mystery. Roughly one out of every five houses in the villages of Paprola was experiencing similar things in their surroundings. Some people are so deeply influenced by such occurrences that they are in a state of paralysis, while others are undergoing treatments by doctors or Tantriks.

It is really fascinating to realize that we are not alone on this mighty Earth. We share it with forces that surpass us and are even smarter than us.

The Winter

All of the sudden thunder Brust falls on the mountain today. The day was rainy my roof was blessed with heavy droplet giving the sound of perfect harmony of the nature. The smell and cold air realize me of my childhood days. The few crazies on the mountains out of fears of the homework and school, exploring the gift of the nature in the monsoon.  

Akshu surrounding my ear throughout the whole season, but the life has not given me chance to go back and eat pakora with chai. A perfect food in monsoon well still i can make it but the feeling which falls back the free less me has gone.

The winter have arrived we called it the season of gossip; mountains do hear it so do the clouds, and its winter stay warm wear clothes and believe me enjoy this winter with your friends and family surrounded with campfire no matter what it takes but you did it today you are the richest in world.

पूरे मौसम में "अक्षु" मेरे कानों में गूंजता रहा, लेकिन जिंदगी ने मुझे वह मौका नहीं दिया कि मैं वापस जाकर पकोड़े और चाय का मजा ले सकूं। मानसून में पकोड़े और चाय का स्वाद बेमिसाल होता है, हां, आज भी बना सकता हूँ, लेकिन जो एहसास उस बेफिक्र बचपन में था, वो अब कहीं पीछे छूट गया है।

सर्दी आ चुकी है, जिसे हम गपशप का मौसम कहते हैं; पहाड़ इसे सुनते हैं, बादल भी इसे महसूस करते हैं। और ये सर्दी, गर्म कपड़े पहनें, खुद को गर्म रखें और यकीन मानिए, अपने दोस्तों और परिवार के साथ अलाव के पास बैठकर इस मौसम का आनंद लें। कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ता कि क्या करना पड़ा, लेकिन अगर आपने ऐसा किया, तो आज आप दुनिया के सबसे अमीर इंसान हैं।

The Mount Kalash is the One of the Mysterious Places on this Planet EARTH despite the fact that the largest mountains are still achieved by the mountaineers, but the Kalash is one with the elevation of 6714 m above sea level.

It is still not possible for many climbers to reach the top of this mountain, which has been revered for centuries. Mount Kailash is a sacred place of worship for both Hindus and Buddhists.

layout and geography surrounding it are so ominous and strange that no one has ever successfully reached the summit of Kailash. It contains many hidden secrets that make everyone wonder what lies within. Some scholars of Hindu scriptures say there is a hidden land inside it, and various Puranas state that Lord Shiva resides there alongside immortal beings. However, today's generation relies on facts rather than faith alone.

So, does Lord Shiva truly live on Kailash?

While there is no single scientific explanation for why it is so difficult to climb, some researchers note that the region presents unusual environmental conditions—such as intense electromagnetic fields, rapid shifts in atmospheric pressure, and high levels of radiation that affect the human body. People often remark on how quickly time seems to pass there, noting that hair and nails appear to grow in a single week at a rate that would normally take a month. There are even speculative theories suggesting the presence of ancient energy centers or extraterrestrial connections. Regardless of how true these claims may be, the definitive answers remain silent. Over time, various researchers and government officials have attempted to study the region, yet much of its nature remains mysterious and hidden after thousands of years.

If you examine its structure, you will notice that the shape of Mount Kailash is distinctly different from other peaks in the Himalayan range. Its four symmetrical faces closely resemble a massive, naturally formed pyramid, which fuels further curiosity about its origins. Let us look at what Indian culture and scriptures say about Kailash.

According to the Vedas, Puranas, and other ancient Indian texts, Mount Kailash is the abode of Lord Shiva, Goddess Parvati, and their family. Scriptures also associate the broader region with timeless beings (Chiranjeevis) such as Hanuman and Parshuram. In modern times, distant footage and stories frequently circulate, claiming to show strange sightings or unusual features near the peak. Attempts to fly drones or sensitive equipment near the mountain often face severe technical challenges due to harsh weather, extreme altitudes, and localized magnetic interference, causing instruments to lose control or shut down. This only adds to the ongoing mystery surrounding the sacred peak

Another reason is the geography of land kalash which is very strange as there is no path to travel because of harsh conditions and weather it becomes impossible to make first base camp to reach mount kalash. Another big reason is Indochina and China-Tibet restriction due to sacristy of the land and belief in both Hindu as well as Buddhist Culture

 It is one the oldest temple of the district kangra as it belongs to the Mahabharat era As Local believes  this place was built by Pandavas when they were on their on Banvas .

MARSROOR. Which is located at the top of mountains hills crafted by beauty and architecture it is located at the Nagrota Suriyan. This is one of the precious temples in district- Kangra. It was built by Pandavas when they visit Himachal Pradesh during their “Ban-bas” of Mahabharat but archeologically it was built in 8 century. If you are not from Himachal Pradesh, then you must reach Palampur and then distance from Palampur to Mata Ashapuri is around 45 KM. The road is one way so you must drive carefully. On the way you can see the beautiful mountain and green hills, small rivers and view of Shivalik range. Ashapuri is surrounding with nature and a small lake with a beautiful forest peace no extra construction site or any disturbance total silence which gives you full peace of mind and unbelievable journey experience.

This is are some view of the temple from front and back .It was old designed built with proper architecture but in 4 April 1905. The earthquake measured 7.8 on the surface wave magnitude scale and killed more than 20,000 people have destroyed this temple and do you to non-reconstruction skill lost by centuries the temple can never bult again until it's study how it was made and with precise measurement. The temple was little broken but if you are inside, it you will feel it is quite strange how the building is made. This site under archaeological site so little amount of Rs 20 will be conducted and Rs 100 For foreigner.

Masrur Hindu temples complex is henotheistically dedicated to Shiva, Vishnu, Devi and Surya traditions of Hinduism. It is collection of an early 8th century rock-cut monolithic temples found in the Beas River Kangra valley Himachal Pradesh facing the Himalayas. It has three carved entrances, plus one incomplete started entrance. The temple is symmetrically arranged in a square grid.

This front and overall structure of the temple thus we conclude that same structure was built was shastras knowledge introduced during time of Gupta era thus we can say this temple are  made by Gupta kingdom with prefect excellence to tribute to the lord shiv and Mata Ashapuri but what about the Pandavas are they stayed here and made this places Answer is Yes they live ,Answer lie in temple it was made in place where there was no heritage or place to live at that time but we can see various people visiting the sites as the belief arises when Pandavas on Ban bas visited northern side of Indian there are more temple near this where we can see sign of Pandavas living there and thus local belief are real and later on gupta period this are made a tribute by architect to preserve our culture and importance place by crafting with excellence but some invasion of Mughal era and earthquake create this place

Mount Kailash, standing at an elevation of 6,638 meters

 (21,778 ft) in the remote southwest corner of Tibet, is one of the most revered peaks in the world. It serves as the ultimate spiritual abode of Lord Shiva, where he resides with Goddess Parvati, Lord Ganesha, and Lord Kartikeya. Surrounding the peak is the sacred Lake Manasarovar, adding to the spiritual grandeur of the region.

While humanity has reached the depths of the ocean and explored outer space, Mount Kailash remains unclimbed. It is not the tallest peak in the Himalayas, yet no human has ever scaled its summit.

Why Mount Kailash Remains Unclimbed

1. Extreme Weather and Terrain: The peak remains covered in snow for over 10 months of the year. Temperatures drop between -2°C and -40°C during winter (December to January). Unpredictable weather shifts, sudden cloud cover the mountains, and huge sheer ice make technical climbing extraordinarily dangerous.

2. Spiritual Significance (Axis Mundi): Across Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism, and Bon, Kailash is considered the Axis Mundi—the cosmic axis or pillar at the center of the world. Devotees believe that holy sages reside there in subtle spiritual forms, and setting foot on the summit would disrupt its sacred purity.

3. Legal Restrictions: Respecting international religious sentiment and public protest, governments banned mountaineering expeditions on Mount Kailash. It remains strictly protected to preserve its sanctity.

The Five Kailash Peaks (Panch Kailash)

In sacred tradition, there are five recognized Kailash peaks associated with Lord Shiva. While the primary and grandest Kailash is located in Tibet, three of the remaining four sacred Kailash peaks are situated in Himachal Pradesh, India, along with one in Uttarakhand:

IS PARSHAR LAKE THE BEST PLACE TO VISIT IN MANDI, HIMACHAL DURING SUMMER 

At a high altitude of 2,730 meters, Prashar Lake is surrounded by beautiful, pristine scenery. The lake is famous for its historical and spiritual importance. According to legend, when the Pandavas were returning with Lord Kamrunag after the Kurukshetra war, Bhim—one of the Pandava brothers—created this lake by striking the mountain.

The ancient temple next to the lake was built in the serene valley of Mandi, located about 50 km east of Mandi town at the top of the hill. It was commissioned by King Bansen, who was inspired after seeing the sage (Rishi Prashar) meditating in stone form for years. The king appointed skilled artisans who constructed the entire multi-tiered temple using a single Deodar tree—a process that took 12 years to complete.

This place is quiet and peaceful, making it ideal for relaxing under the sun all day. Due to its high altitude, the weather remains cold year-round. In winter, daytime temperatures drop to around -3°C, while night temperatures can plummet between -10°C and -20°C.

How to Reach

If you are visiting from outside Himachal Pradesh, reaching Mandi is straightforward:

• By Bus or Car: You can take a direct bus from Chandigarh to the Mandi Bus Stand. If driving, follow the route through Bilaspur toward Mandi, or use GPS navigation.

• From Mandi to Prashar Lake: Once you arrive at the Mandi Bus Stand, follow the local road signs or ask locals for directions in Hindi.

• The Final Stretch: The drive from Mandi to Prashar Lake takes about 3 hours. Tip: Eat a meal or buy snacks before heading up, as there are very few food shops available along the final 10–15 miles.

• Travel Advisory: In winter, heavy snowfall may block the road, preventing cars from reaching the top. During the monsoon season, the risk of landslides is high. Drive carefully and plan your travel timing accordingly.

What Makes Prashar Lake Special?

• Historical Significance: For Hindu pilgrims and history enthusiasts, the site offers a fascinating connection to the Mahabharata era.

• The Floating Island: A unique 20-meter floating island inside the lake slowly rotates and changes its position throughout the year. Local lore holds that the island acts as a wheel of Kali Yuga—if it ever stops moving completely, it signifies the end of the world.

• Unsolved Mystery: The source of the lake’s water remains unknown; no feeding stream has ever been identified, and its true depth remains unmeasured.

• Atmosphere: In the evenings, the lake offers breathtaking views as it becomes shrouded in mist and clouds.

• Trekking Route: For adventure lovers, there is a popular trek starting from Baghi village (located around 38–40 km from Mandi). You can find detailed trekking maps and information on the official Himachal Tourism website (tourism.hp.gov.in).

Kareri lake

 2934 Meter above the sea level the frozen lake of dhauladar range kareri lake is one the rarest tourist place of kangra Himachal pardesh until someone inform you .It's trek start from kareri village which 15 km from dharamshala . The car only goes upto the trek point then the real journey start with the forest  of kareri trek with river sideway coming from lake  which is frozen water you can drink freely but be safe near the river.The trek is famous nowdays and the place is neat and clean because the people have to follow some rule of local which are :

1)Do not throw plastic anywhere take it back to the place where trek start.

2) You can't  use abusive language.

3) fire are not  allowed near the lake .

4)Don't use huge speaker  at night.

So the lake look pretty awesome and the view are extermely beautiful  good place for  couple and family .

The kareri lake is actually the midpoint of the lamdam lake which is in chamba and this place is a trek used by local gaddi to reach chamba in old days some goes now also with their sheep the place cover with snow after december to march and the temperature goes down to -30* celusis so keep your eyes on calendar and travel with me 

Historical -Some local of this palce believe it isis connected to the mahabarat time the pandavas  goes to kalesh the bheem faal from this mountain and desroy the one side and the mountain named Bheemghatii is actually dangerous place if you are alone and goes to lamdam you will get lost in the mountain (you must borrow local guider)and you can meet unexpected friend like wild animal beer etc.
